Please Note:  If you are entering the school for any reason, playground duty, helping in a classroom, etc, you need to stop at the office, sign in, and put on a visitor badge. Also, if you want to visit with your child on the playground, you MUST check in at the office.

Hot Lunch: Checks should be written out to “PW Hot Lunch Program."

Mass: Remember, no jeans or shorts on Mass days.
 

Playground: Just a reminder that parents need to arrive by 11:40am for playground duty. You can switch with another parent if the day you are scheduled is not convenient, or you can call a playground sub from the names listed on the last page of the playground list. You will need to pay a sub $ 10.00. If no one is here by 11:50am on the day you are scheduled, we will have to call a sub and you will be billed $ 20.00 from the school. It is for the safety of our students that we have 4 adult supervisors during the lunch time.

Tab News:  (TAB form) TAB is back to running weekly now with a Monday drop-off and Friday pick-up of the same week.  Orders MUST be in by 9:00am to ensure delivery.    Home Depot, Starbucks, I-tunes, Applebee’s, Burger King, Fashion Bug and Subway all have increased percentages to increase your TAB dollars.  Questions??? You can always call the TAB lady.

Labels: We will again be collecting Campbell Soup Label and “Big G” box tops. With the Campbell Soup Labels the school is able to purchase playground balls, jumpropes etc.   We earn .10 each for every “Big G” box top that we submit!  Last year, we have earned over $1000.00 just from the box tops.  So keep clipping those labels/boxtops – THANK YOU!!
